By day, Cleo helms an award-winning team of journalists working for a media organization headquartered in New York City. In her creative life, she is the author of “american/dream,” poems from which were placed in the 2023 Golden Point Award.

Cleo is also the author of the Straits Times bestselling “mirror monster dagger doom,” a silkpunk short story collection, and “bite,” a collection of microfiction.

She is the editor of three anthologies of Asian art and creative writing: “Other Worlds,” “Good Girls Bad Ends,” and “What We Burn For.”
